Episode #5 – Lightless Places
This time I spent longer inking the environment. I layered oil pastels on top of the watercolor paint. I like the textured effect it adds. However, the fumes from the pastels were a bit much and gave me a headache. I aired them out for a few days.

This time I used a small brush for the characters and environment. Not sure which one I like better. The ink is not for watercolor.

Cut the paper vertically this time due to having four panels. I’d do it differently next time.

Episode #1 – Tree
First comic. A story about a fairytale bird girl living in the forest with her owl friend. The water-based ink I used smudged the face. Also the texture is due to using the wrong side of the watercolor paper.
